Atlas is a locally rooted Youth Organization operating in Lamu County. The organization provides leadership development, climate action, peacebuilding and mental health support for young people. Atlas is embedded within Lamu’s communities, has relationships across ethnic and religious lines, and understands the county’s complex social dynamics. We recognize that outsiders cannot build peace for communities only communities can build peace for themselves.
