Who We Are
ATLAS Youth Organization is a youth-led organization based in Lamu County, Kenya, working to empower young people and communities to actively participate in leadership, governance and sustainable development. We believe that young people are not only the leaders of tomorrow but also leaders and change-makers today. We create opportunities for young people to develop their skills, raise their voices, participate in decision-making and contribute to positive change within their communities. Our work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves a just and dignified future.

Peace & Governance
We promote peaceful coexistence, civic participation, responsible leadership and accountable governance. We create spaces for dialogue and encourage young people to participate in decisions affecting their communities.
Youth Leadership
We equip young people with leadership skills, knowledge and confidence to take active roles in their communities and participate meaningfully in governance and development.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
We promote mental health awareness, resilience, peer support and safe spaces where young people can discuss challenges and access appropriate support.
